Members have requested that Assurz allow European and Aussie VZone members to register. They have kindly agreed to change their rules for us. Here's the details:
This is the return procedure and rules:
- The merchandise being returned must include the hard-copy proof-of-purchase.
- Assurz only pays for in-bound (to Assurz) shipping of returning merchandise from US addresses.
- Assurz only refunds online purchases that were originally shipped (fulfilled) from US addresses (ie, we don’t cover merchandise purchased outside the US).
- Refunds are paid in USD only, payable to the Assurz subscriber, and mailed to the subscriber’s registered address (for reasons related to fraud prevention).
