Hi Everyone,
I know many of you are concerned with the fact that not only is DS down right now, but so are many of our web pages, forums, chat world and other things.
As you know, DS was being moved to a new home. This involved a physical move to a new hosting service as well as a server change for some of the support systems.
Some issues were encountered that lead to upgrading some of the support systems
(i.e.: the operating system, web servers, database server, DNS server, etc).
Nothing is wrong with DS or the forums, it is just taking a lot longer to get everything moved, upgraded, configured and compatible than was expected.
The final result should, however, be a much better all the way around.
You will probably see some of the web pages and possibly the forums go up and down a few more times while everything is being situated and smoothed out.
At this point, we are also postponing the chat world party until everything is resolved,
so that everyone that wants to be involved can be.
For those in NH and SC, you should be able to access the worlds,
even though many of the pages are down.
