Dear Dreamscape members,
We are going to be switching to a new billing system this week and although it has been well tested and is totally secure, you may find intermittent problems in accessing your account information, or connecting.
For that reason, we are opening the ChatZone this week, and if you have any problems entering your regular VZone, please go to the ChatZone. The ChatZone can be entered at: http://chatzone.vzones.com/ (http://chatzone.vzones.com/)
We don't foresee any protracted problems, as we all know, technology is a mysterious thing!
We will be changing the links on the entry pages and on the launchers. If you click on a web page that has a link to our billing system and it does not resolve, just refresh the web page and it should reset itself.
The new billing system allows us to offer more flexible services and is easier to navigate. Please be patient while it is implemented.
