View Full Version : Billing issues: Collection Status and Expired Cards

Hi,

All nH and Ds members need to login to their accounts area and check that the correct expiration date is listed for their cards. A bug in the old system allowed expired cards to continue to bill as long as all other information remained the same. This is not allowed in the new system so please update your card information now before it is due to renew as it WILL fail and your account will be set to Collection status.

If your account is already in Collection status please login to the appropriate webpage below and Edit Payment Sources:

Enter one long 16 digit number, no spaces or dashes as the card will not register in the system and your reactivation will fail.

Once you have updated your card information please send an email to Support with your account name, which world , real name, email address and last 6 digits of the card on file and request that we manually rebill your card for reactivation. If you do not include the necessary information I cannot bill your card and the account will remain in Collection status.
