Always remember to check your account settings webpage to verify your account is active. If you discover your account has been disabled, you can contact support at support@vzones.com .
If your account is active, check to make sure you have the latest VZones Client version. You can check that at the following address... http://www.vzones.com/members.htm If you are still having login issues, please follow the steps below. 1) Close your browser and all other open applications. (Remember to save your work first) 2) Clear your browsers... 1. History 2. Temporary Internet Files 3. Cookies 4. Saved forms and passwords. (Located in the "Content" tab - "AutoComplete" button) 3) Click the "Okay" button and shut your computer off. 4) Restart your computer and log into VZones. Additional login issue options If the above does not allow you to log into VZones, follow the steps below. 1) If you opened your browser in attempt to log into VZones, repeat steps above first before continuing. 2) Uninstall the VZones client and any VZones login program your computer may be running. 3) Shutdown your computer, count to 5, and restart. 4) Install the VZones client and attempt to log in again from the Official Login Webpage listed below... http://www.vzones.com/members.htm 5) If login was successful, you can then install the VZones Login Program, set it up with your username/password and attempt to log in again. 6) If the VZones Login Program does not allow you to log in, contact support at support@vzones.com . If you still have login issues from the VZones Login Webpage, please follow the steps below 1) Run a Trace Route and send the results to support at support@vzones.com . It is possible that you may not have a path to the VZones servers. Reasons may vary and support will study the Trace Route results in attempt to find the problem. For instructions on running a Trace Route, please see the Technical Issue Thread "Trace Route Instructions". Follow the instructions corresponding to the world you are attempting to log into. |
